This page describes how our content is produced, what standards each claim must meet before publication, and what to do if you find an error. We hold ourselves to one test: every technical claim on this site should be checkable by the reader — against a provider’s own documentation, a regulator’s register, published source code, or arithmetic you can reproduce yourself.
Where Our Facts Come From
Technical claims are sourced in this order of precedence: the provider’s or operator’s own published materials first (official product pages, white papers, seeding events, open-source verifier code), regulator publications second, and reputable industry databases only for details the primary sources do not state. When a primary source specifies a range — for example, an operator-configurable RTP — we publish the range, not a single flattering number. When a primary source does not state a value at all, we say “not stated” or “check the current in-game rules” rather than filling the gap with a guess.
Formulas are not copied from tutorials. Where an operator publishes its algorithm — Stake Crash’s seeding event, Bustabit’s open-source verifier — we re-implement the calculation independently, compare outputs, and cite the exact source. Our Provably Fair Verifier is built the same way: it implements the published algorithms, links each primary source, and ships with test vectors you can run yourself.
Review and Update Cadence
Technical pages carry a visible “Last implementation review” date. That date means the page’s formulas, seeds, chain versions, and provider claims were re-checked against the linked primary sources on that day — not merely that the text was edited. Providers change algorithms, rotate chains, and update documentation; when they do, the affected pages are corrected and the review date moves.
Every substantial article passes a multi-stage editorial review before publication, including independent cross-checks of calculations and claims against sources. Final editorial judgement and responsibility rest with the site’s editors.
What We Do Not Claim
We do not present observations as test results unless a dated methodology is published alongside them. Game behaviour described on this site comes from the provider’s documentation and from examining games in demo mode, where stated. We do not claim to have wagered real money on, or withdrawn winnings from, any operator unless a page explicitly documents that process. Where our earlier content overstated something, we say so on the page itself — see the correction note in our Provably Fair guide for an example of how that looks in practice.
Rankings and Recommendations
Where we rank or recommend, the criteria are published, not proprietary: our how-to-choose checklist documents what we look at — licensing that can be confirmed on the regulator’s register, published game specifications, fairness disclosure, and payment terms as stated by the operator. A recommendation never depends on whether an operator pays us.
Affiliate Independence
CrashGamesPlay may earn commissions through affiliate links, as disclosed on every page and in our Affiliate Disclosure. Commission size has no input into ratings or analysis, and the structure of this site makes that checkable: our core content is mathematics — RTP, house edge, probability, verification procedures — and math does not change with commercial relationships. If our numbers were bent toward advertisers, you could catch it with a calculator.
Corrections
If you find a factual error, a broken calculation, or an outdated claim, report it through our contact page with the page URL and, where possible, the source that contradicts us. Verified errors are corrected promptly — normally within 48 hours of confirmation — and material corrections are noted on the affected page rather than silently overwritten.
Responsible Gambling
Every analysis on this site reaches the same mathematical conclusion: crash games carry a built-in house edge, and no strategy, tool, or knowledge level removes it.
